Making an online booking through WebAccess has been streamlined to create an easier and more intuitive experience:

• The first booking step has been made more user-friendly by changing the text and re-ordering the selection controls.
• The ‘List View’ has been renamed to ‘Find an Activity’. This list will now only include General Products, which reduces the number of items in the activity list. The user must use the ‘Find a Class’ control to view available  classes.
• If WebAccess is configured to operate as a single site only, Users will not need to select a location and the default location will be displayed in the banner.
